For years I have looked for an HTML book that followed the most current standard. Even the updated ones were years and sometimes decades behind in their suggestions.
This started as a set of lecture notes for a class I sometimes teach at Shawnee State University and grew into a rough book. Over the Spring of 2020 it went a thorough update and was revised to meet the most resent recommendations in the Living Standard.
If you like the material or would like to see additional coverage added to it, let me know. I always love to hear from my readers and so appreciate you taking the time to look at this project.
Chapter Introductions and Learning Outcomes on the chapter pages, are from the 2020-06-12a version of the text.
